Ordering and Delivery

  • All orders must be placed through our online store, by phone, or in person at our retail locations.
  • We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders over $50 within our service area in the Netherlands.
  • Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. We guarantee delivery within the stated timeframe or the shipping cost will be refunded.
  • Thai Group Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payments and Refunds

  • Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit/debit cards, as well as bank transfers.
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply for returned items. Items must be in new, unused condition to qualify for a refund.
  • Custom, made-to-order, and livestock/animal purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

  • All new equipment and machinery sold by Thai Group Ltd comes with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Our seeds, fertilizers, and other crop inputs are backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
  • Livestock and animals come with a 30-day health guarantee.
  • Installation services provided by Thai Group Ltd are warrantied for 1 year.

Liability

  • Thai Group Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
  • The total liability of Thai Group Ltd shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the customer.
